                          SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT

                        [To accompany H.R. 1913]

On April 27, 2009, the Committee on the Judiciary filed House
Report 111-86, Part 1, relating to H.R. 1913, to provide
Federal assistance to States, local jurisdictions, and Indian
tribes to prosecute hate crimes, and for other purposes. In the
report, a clerical error appears under the heading ``Committee
Consideration'' relating to the favorable reporting of the bill
by the Committee. The sentence under that heading should read
as follows:

``On April 22 and 23, 2009, the Committee met in open session
and on April 23, 2009, ordered the bill H.R. 1913 favorably
reported with amendment, by a roll call vote of 15 to 12, a
quorum being present.''
