In the report, a clerical error appears under the heading ``Committee Consideration'' relating to the favorable reporting of the bill by the Committee. The sentence under that heading should read as follows: ``On April 22 and 23, 2009, the Committee met in open session and on April 23, 2009, ordered the bill H.R. 1913 favorably reported with amendment, by a roll call vote of 15 to 12, a quorum being present.''
