Definition: The Accommodation and Foodservices sector (sector 72) comprises establishments providing customers with lodging and/or prepared meals, snacks, and beverages for immediate consumption.
Comparability with SIC data: The Accommodation and Foodservices sector is comprised of hotels and other lodging places that were classified in SIC Division I, Services, and eating and drinking places and mobile foodservices that were classified in SIC Division G, Retail Trade.
