Hughes Technical Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey, as the ``Frank R. Lautenberg Aviation Security Complex'', having considered the same, report favorably thereon without amendment and recommend that the bill do pass. Frank Lautenberg was elected to the United States Senate in 1982. During his three terms in office, Senator Lautenberg held many key posts, including the Chairmanship of the Senate Transportation Appropriations Subcommittee. He was a leader in transportation policy and was at the forefront of the effort to provide resources to ensure the safety and security of the American flying public. For his distinguished service in the United States Senate, this is fitting and proper to designate buildings 315, 318 and 319 located at the Federal Aviation Administration's William J.
