Res. 404] The Committee on Rules, having had under consideration House Resolution 404, by a nonrecord vote, report the same to the House with the recommendation that the resolution be adopted. SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION The resolution provides that it shall be in order to consider the resolution (H. Res. 392) expressing solidarity with Israel in its fight against terrorism under suspension of the rules at any time on the legislative day of Thursday, May 2, 2002. The rule also provides that debate under clause 1(c) of rule XV shall be extended to one hour.
