Hon. J. Dennis Hastert,
The Speaker, U.S. House of Representatives,
Washington, DC.

Dear Mr. Speaker: By direction of the Committee on
Appropriations, I submit herewith the Committee's report on the
suballocation of budget allocations for fiscal year 2003. This
report is consistent with the ``Revisions to Allocations for
House Committee on
Appropriations'' as published in the Congressional Record of
June 21, 2002. These allocations are consistent with the House-
passed version of H. Con. Res. 353, establishing the
congressional budget for the United States Government for the
fiscal year 2003.
The Committee, in distributing our allocation among the 13
regular appropriations bills, has remained within the
allocation's totals.
            Sincerely,
                                          C. W. Bill Young,
                                                          Chairman.
