 Mr. Sensenbrenner, from the Committee on the Judiciary, submitted the 
                               following

                          SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT

                        [To accompany H.R. 3215]

    House Report 107-591, Part 1, relating to H.R. 3215, the 
``Combatting Illegal Gambling Reform and Modernization Act,'' 
omitted explanatory language that was intended to be included 
in the original report filed by the Committee on the Judiciary 
on July 18, 2002. This supplemental report contains the omitted 
language.
    The third sentence of the fourth paragraph of the matter 
under the heading ``Section 2. Definitions'' in the Section-by-
Section Analysis and Discussion portion of House Report 107-
591, Part 1 should read as follows:
    ``Also, such computer and video games, including those that 
feature real sports teams and/or teams that are members of an 
amateur or professional sports organization, do not involve the 
staking or risking by any person of something of value.'' \1\
