Executive Summary To download the full document or the Executive Summary
to your personal computer without displaying on screen, click on the apprpriate (above)
with your right mouse button. A pull-up menu will then appear
to ask you to save the file in a directory on your computer.
Depending on the type of browser used, the menu will have a different save
command according to the list below:
For Microsoft Internet Explorer browser: Select Save target as.
For Netscape Navigator browser: Select Save link as.
For Mosaic 3.0 browser: Select Load Anchor to Disk
Note: For Macintosh users, press and hold down your mouse button
for the dialog box to appear, then select Save As.
