Welcome to the CALL Handbook List! Handbooks are "how to" manuals on specific subjects (i.e. rehearsals, deactivation, etc). This menu selection provides a listing of all our handbooks published to date and a few of our most popular editions "on-line."
NO. 98-1: NTC SCORPIONS' SAWE/MILES II
This handbook was developed by the Scorpion Mechanized Infantry Task Force Trainers at the National Training Center to assist all units on how to train with the Multiple-Integrated Laser Engagement System (MILES).
NO. 97-13 CALL HANDBOOK: A GUIDE TO THE SERVICES AND THE GATEWAY OF CALL
This handbook provides you with an understanding of the operation of the Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL) and a description of the CALL divisions and how they function to support your unit and the Total Army. Supersedes CALL Handbook No. 96-2, Mar 96, which is obsolete.

This handbook combines existing doctrine with night-fighting tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) currently used by light infantry squads and platoons.
NO. 95-3 USER'S GUIDE: COMBAT IDENTIFICATION QUICK FIX DEVICES
This manual establishes tactics, techniques and procedures for employment of the QUICK FIX devices. It complements existing doctrine for target acquisition, identification, and engagement procedures with an ultimate goal to minimize fratricide.
NO. 94-5 HANDBOOK: THE MULTIPLE-INTEGRATED LASER ENGAGEMENT SYSTEM (MILES) COMBAT REVIEW
This handbook provides Bradley units with a handy, quick reference to Bradley MILES installation tips, boresighting procedures, engagement considerations, and troubleshooting tips.
NO. 94-4: HANDBOOK FOR THE SOLDIER IN OPERATIONS OTHER THAN WAR (OOTW)
This handbook provides insights into Operations Other Than War, highlights major preventive medicine lessons, and provides tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) for the soldier.
NO. 92-3: FRATRICIDE RISK ASSESSMENT FOR COMPANY LEADERSHIP
The purpose of this guide is to directly assist troop leaders in assessing and reducing the risk of fratricide.
