SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION The resolution waives all points of order against the conference report to accompany H.R. 1, the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act of 2003, and against its consideration. Finally, the rule provides that the conference report shall be considered as read.
