Beginning January 1, 2012 Treasury discontinued the practice of leaving a portion
of the funds paid through depositaries maintaining Tax and Loan Accounts with those depositaries. Further, Treasury does not intend to invest any funds through transfers to depositaries in the near future and will stop issuing daily notices of transfers.
